Mystica Rosa Cleanser
What does it do: Clarifies, cleanses, and hydrates.
How do I use it:
1. Cleanse: Spray on pad or facial round and apply to face to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils from your skin
2. Hydrate: Spray on face for a refreshing and hydrating mist or for a dewy finish to set makeup or to moisturize makeup that is too cakey or dry.
Description:
Used for centuries in India and the Middle East, rosewater has been found in studies to have high levels of antioxidant activity and to greatly decrease inflammation in the skin. Both antibacterial (even against antibiotic resistant MRSA) and anti-yeast, rosewater is excellent even for those suffering from acne, and will not cause break outs.
Extremely hydrating, rosewater has also been found to inhibit the action of the enzymes elastase and collagenase, which break down elastin and collagen in the skin, encouraging a youthful appearance.
Rosewater is an excellent cleanser to help you remove makeup and dirt and oils at the end of the day without stripping your skin or upsetting your skin’s natural pH Balance.
Glycerin is included in Mystica Rosa cleanser as well because studies have found it to be the most hydrating substance that is completely non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores). It also protects your skin’s natural oil barrier to ensure that your skin’s natural pH and skin barrier are maintained in their proper balance.
